  • Employees: Must take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others, follow all safety procedures, and report hazards, accidents, or near misses promptly.
  • Visitors and Contractors: Expected to comply with safety instructions while on our premises or work sites.

3. Risk Assessment
We will regularly identify hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures to reduce the risk of injury or harm. This includes risks associated with plumbing work, bathroom fittings, retail operations, and use of equipment.

4. Training and Competence
